Reseed request button non-functional

I've never encountered this before. Search of the forum finds some old posts, but nothing with any resolution beyond the normal, "it's working as designed". The conditions for reseed request appear to be met (no seeder, 1 leecher, leeching for multiple days) at least as I have applied them in the past.

Does not capture well in a screenshot, but the cursor also changes to a red circle/red slash symbol on hover of the button.

@DonnyDuzDick it is still working as designed, indeed. if you go check the "snatched" info, it says "0 times"

The "snatched" property indicates how many times the torrent were downloaded to completion. That is not to be confuseed with "grabbing" the torrent file, snatched property will increase by 1 as soon as any user downloads 100% of the torrent content, even if they stop seeding immediately.

The re-seed button sends a PM to all the members who have snatched it, that is, anyone who at any point in time have downloaded all the files.

Since this torrent has 0 snatchs, there is no one to PM, so the button is greyed out.
