It takes a minute to see how bad this was.

      https://www.fox5ny.com/news/nyc-unga-secret-service-telecom-threat-cell-service

The U.S. Secret Service has dismantled a massive hidden telecom network in New York

The dismantled system consisted of over 300 SIM servers and more than 100,000 SIM cards spread within a 35-mile radius...could have blacked out cellular service and flooded emergency response channels with spoofed traffic.

Vast network & its only purpose is to intensify some other disaster of NYC as it kills cell & 911 service.

Who would set it up? why?

USA media & government are reluctant to report this story. So my mind goes to maybe China, drug cartels, USA deep state (maybe rogue CIA), maybe Israel or Ukraine.

Breitbart report: it was "Used in Swatting Attacks Against Marjorie Taylor Greene, Other Republicans"

        https://www.breitbart.com/tech/2025/09/23/secret-service-busts-massive-network-capable-of-crippling-new-yorks-cell-network/

According to Matt McCool, the special agent in charge of the Secret Service’s New York field office, the network posed an “imminent threat” to the agency’s protective operations. The servers, strategically positioned around New York City’s cellular network infrastructure, could have overwhelmed cell towers and disrupted cell service for the entire city. Furthermore, the network was powerful enough to send an encrypted, anonymous text message to every person in the United States within just 12 minutes.

They also report: Set up by human traffickers.

While no arrests have been made in connection with the operation [yet], early forensic analysis suggests that the network has been utilized by cartels, human traffickers, and terrorists.

So maybe another time when Trump admin busts up cartels & human traffickers, that Biden-Kamabla let slide. @hubrys

Reports say: China set it up since 2004, let other criminals use it.

So, reports of human traffickers, Romania swatters, USA lib swatters etc. can also be true.

the Secret Service sa[id it] was a China-linked plot

They found empty apartments with servers and server walls capable of making millions of phone calls in and around New York City," said Donald Mihalek, an ABC News Contributor who was formerly with the Secret Service.

But this week, that number expanded. Law enforcement sources told ABC News that agents from Homeland Security Investigations found an additional 200,000 SIM cards in New Jersey.

The U.S. Secret Service is still working to figure out a motive and whether or not there was a specific target...there was cellular communication between foreign actors and individuals known to law enforcement.

          https://www.theblaze.com/news/exclusive-china-behind-massive-nationwide-sim-farm-network-that-directly-threatens-american-critical-infrastructure

The discovery of SIM farms that threatened cellular networks in New York City is only the tip of a massive nationwide network run by the Chinese Communist government

Sources in the Department of Homeland Security and the U.S. intelligence community said these SIM card networks were operating in the United States as early as 2004. They have proliferated exponentially since President Donald J. Trump was re-elected to the presidency in November 2024.

“This is something that is a direct threat to our nation right now,” a top intelligence official told Blaze News. “A direct threat to our nation, and it needs to be shut down today — like ASAP. Only five of them have been taken down so far.”

The owner of the five sites raided in the New York City area is cooperating with Homeland Security Investigations and the Secret Service, the intelligence expert said.

The SIM networks were put in place and are managed by China’s Ministry of State Security

“It’s absolutely an act of war — an internationally recognized act of war,” one intelligence expert told Blaze News. “Cyberattacks on critical infrastructure is, and facilitating terrorism to the point where you’re trying to kill high-ranking members of the United States government. Those two alone are acts of war.”

Recently, these SIM farms are believed to be responsible for dozens of hoax SWAT raids, including a senior U.S. Secret Service official, FBI Director Kash Patel, members of Congress including Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.), and media influencers such as Tim Pool and Stephen K. Bannon.

“These things were being used all summer to SWAT people since Trump was elected,” said one source, speaking anonymously because the source is not authorized to discuss an ongoing investigation. “Swatting — that’s a terrorist act."

          China works with, say, Antifa?

While the Chinese facilitated the SWAT raids, it is believed that Americans who are familiar with the system — either through a government or a criminal enterprise — are initiating the hoax calls, the source said.

“The only reason we found this network is because a senior Secret Service official was targeted for a SWAT raid,” the source said.

No U.S. intelligence or law enforcement agency detected the secret network, nor did the three major wireless carriers in the U.S., AT&T Mobility, T-Mobile, and Verizon.

Homeland Security Investigations led raids that disrupted five SIM farm sites in the Tri-State area of New York City just before the United Nations General Assembly, where President Trump spoke Sept. 23.
