Production Co or Fan Content

Question to general porn lovers here...
are you getting to or at the point where you prefer OF fan type content self produced or with their own crew over rigid fake feeling production company features?
Ive let my own bias slip there but I wasnt trying to hide it. Would love to know others thoughts.

@cp2000 tbh i recognize that porn itself comes from a place of fantasy and perfectionism, it has always been rigid and fake. Pornography itself precedes the internet and the sexual freedom we have today, those factors allowed for "organic" porn to florish. I strongly believe that this comes from a place of fetish, a need for self-exhibiting and being object of desire to others, those are what led to "real" content comprised of just couples filming themselves and wanting to be seen, as opposed to what happens now... So we already covered a big shift from "big porn" to "organic porn" and now it is moving back to big porn but with a "organic" camo on top. I say that because from what I have been witnessing in terms of OF content, creators who are there primarily for the money will obviously value metrics over anything else, they don't focus on doing what they like, or even what their audience wants, but rather focus on what will increase their audience. So the era of intimate self-recording is practically dead, they all have at least a small crew with light operators and cameramen who usually also directs the scene.
But to finally answer your question, i only used to consume studio porn when i was a teen and i could barely notice the production value, it was pretty real to my naive eyes. Today I still watch studio porn but only if it's not overdone and exaggerated (no room for MEN bullshit), so I still like some Sean Cody scenes, Treasure Island Media, Maverick Men, and others that have a similar "self-aware" vibe, without the lazy plot, low budget set and cringeworthy acting.
