In last 15 months, when Russia & Ukraine go to exchange bodies of fallen soldiers, Russia has way more of Ukraine's bodies to give back.

      What does it mean?

Some say: Russia must be nicer & more responsible, about collecting fallen enemy bodies from battlefield.

Except that can't be, because, you know, Russia baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaad 🙄

      What else?

Most likely it means: Russia racks up battlefield wins, in last 15 months.

Even when Ukraine invaded Kursk, late last summer.

One favorite strategy of Russia is:

      1. allow enemy advance
      2. concentrated counter-attack, kill many enemies in narrow space
      3. control battlefield to maximize point 2 ⬅ when Russia would also collect enemy bodies
      4. RETREAT - let enemy have battlefield, think they "won" so they stupidly advance again

It seems Russia did that in Kursk.
