Maxine Waters celebrated the LA riots in which 58 people died (and many more injured) with the mother of the man who bashed in the brain of innocent bystander Reginald Denny who was trapped in a traffic jam.  The son was released from prison, and went on to murder someone else!

Maxine is supposed to represent the pinnacle of race relations…
