I've have over 2200 torrents I can seed. Is there a script on the site that will produce a list of torrents with a high leecher to seeder ratio? I used to keep seeds going for weeks after I finished leeching them. After an initial seeding period those that had dropped to zero peers I changed to low priority (bandwidth allocation = low) but left them seeding. When I received a reseed request or saw a torrent become active I shifted the priority to high while they remained active. This resulted in my appearing to be seeding as many as 50 torrents, although the most I've seen active at one time is 12. I've maintained a healthy ratio and amassed a lot of bonus points, while keeping alive, torrents that otherwise would likely go dead. I've been operating this way for nearly three years. Yesterday I began to get failure notices saying that I was exceeding my 15 torrent limit, even though I was only leeching 3. I guess something has changed in the tracker, so I shut all the seeds down. (Shrug)

So the question, is there a way to determine how I can make the best use of a 15 connection limit? The "Top 10" scripts don't do it. Just because a torrent has been the most downloaded doesn't mean there is any point in my seeding it when there are currently 500 seeds and 7 leeches. What I want to know is which torrents need more seeds.

i'm not sure what you mean with the limit, because seeding isn't limited anyhow. the only reason coming up my mind is that: some of
your torrents aren't completely downloaded which results in broken limit, thus error messages from the tracker. this behavior is normal
and all the same on all trackers, as this is standard.

as for the cripts, none are needed, just adjust switches on the search bar and you will get exactly what you ask for…

Your reference to the thread re: torrents which were not completed due to some components having been deselected is probably the source of my problem. I rarely do that (generally I take the all or nothing approach), but occasionally I have done that in cases when some large files would duplicate those I already have. I suspect that this finally caught up with me. I never look at my profile stats so didn't realize I was accumulating incomplete downloads that were counting towards my 15 leech limit. In future, on those rare occasions when I do opt not to leech all components in a torrent, I will simply stop have to stop the torrent when it shows I have adequately seeded it.  Thanks for your reply!
