Very astute observation! I would love to know the back story here, which is likely edited out from the final. It's not unusual for a condom to break, but that's at the tip. It would seem that in the bareback scene the condom would have to have been consciously removed (or the guy went soft and it slipped off), which would have been noticed by the director and/or camera people.
I wonder if AAB--and perhaps other studios--that only release "safe" scenes would allow their models to fuck bare before and/or during the scene, and just not have that on the released video. I have a couple of friends who used to be in "the industry," but with bare-only studios. I'll still ask.

Yeah, my main theory is that Sam asked nicely and was allowed to go bare. Maybe they even left the clues in on purpose, especially the one where they hand Kasper a new condom while he's being fucked.
