Is there a way to have all the stuff I've posted of a model removed??
-
There is an OF model that I have posted quite a bit of material from and recently I've received several DMCA violations because of his/or his representative requesting files be removed. This is stacking up my violations.
Would I be able to compile a list of stuff I still have posted from him and request it be removed? I know within the first week of posting something I can delete the torrent myself, but I see no such option with stuff that is older.

@duncanlem ...
For those post you want to remove simply copy & paste the torrent name and URL link and write to helpdesk,
choose [DMCA/copyright] and explain concerning legal issues ...
You can also report those suspicious torrent ffrom the source link ...
It may take sometime and you will be notified ...- Helpdesk : https://www.gaytor.rent/helpdesk.php

@duncanlem You can send me a DM and I can look into this for you as well.

Thank you both. I'm getting a list together.

Honestly there's no way you could be tracked down as the original poster of anything here, unless if you made a public post confessing, just like this one. Next time you should just delete it from wherever you have it under your control (telegram, drive, xvideos, etc) and have them deal with anything they find elsewhere. If it's here and they want it removed they can file a complaint like anyone else.

@ianfontinell No, I'm not concerned about the model knowing I'm (meaning ME) uploading their stuff. I'm concerned about GTs new policy of suspending accounts from uploading for 90-days for multiple takedown requests. I'm on my 3rd 90-day suspension. This particular model has tons of material on GT and is combing the site to have stuff removed. I've been notified of 7 violations for this one model so rather than get more GT violations I've asked that it be removed.
This model doesn't know me from Adam. GT doesn't give DMCA complainers the names of uploaders and there is no public confession because I have not mentioned the model's name in this thread once.

@ianfontinell This is not necessarily true. Many sites and studios that have user accounts watermark their videos for each user account. The result is that by obtaining a copy of the torrent in question, they can look at the invisible watermark on the video and trace it back to the user account in their system that actually downloaded the content from them in the first place......
So... If they have a paid account with a site and share something they downloaded, it MAY be possible to track down their user account with that site/studio to track down the source of the leak. If you're uploading something you downloaded elsewhere on the internet, this risk is not possible, as the video was not downloaded from the site/studio from YOUR account with them.
-
@MrMazda that's not what I was talking about but it doesn't matter, op has stated the reason why he wants help to have said content removed and I think it's reasonable.
-
@MrMazda ... Precisely/Exactly, when you subscribe a paid membership from any site, each content you downloaded are digitally printed w/ invisible watermark to avoid piracy w/ your user account.
[This are explain from Terms & Conditions] ...
That can be track down or trace whenever you share the content, w/ their unique anti-piracy tools ...
Once they find out about sharing their content, they will block your account and ip's immediately from any suspicious activities ...
And If you continue sharing, RISK will follow ...
A [demand letter] notification will be issued sent/mail upon you, these concerning legal issues/action about property damage you cause ...
In addition 3rd party can be track from the material source site ... They have the right to trace back the material they own ...
Be-aware that if you get caught ...
[In U.S. and other countries sharing is illegal w/o permission from the creator] ...

END OF TOPIC ...
Says who? lol
I'm talking specifically about ANY content that is posted here on this site anonymously.
The video might have watermarks that identify you as the "original pirate" so to speak, but there's not way anyone can acuse you of posting it here, that's the reason why uploader's ID is hidden and one of the reasons why requests are forbidden in the forum. What I was saying was that if OP's concerns was the DMCA agents pushing him over content found here, that he shouldn't bother, but as he stated himself his only concern is his upload privilege (priorities, right?)
-
@ianfontinell ... @ your own RISK ...
Well I'm concern about legal issues is all ...
[This is to inform someone else as I replied to what stated by MrMazda is 100 % TRUE] ...
not YOU ...
A lot of members had been involve ...Harassing my point/post or someone else will not resolve this matter ...
REGARDLESS [There's no point to argue] ...
So you better STOP ... -
