Had to login frequently from main and forum every after 3 - 2hr session or less ... ???

The only time I got kick off is when I try to clear,
browser history/cache ...

I know it is a part of security ...
And it - Should be @least 6hrs. or more of inactivity b4 our session last to avoid frequent login ...
