Reseed of partial torrent

Moments ago I received a reseed request. The torrent contents were DVD folder (VIDEO_TS) and some images and document. However, I didn't download (or deleted, if I did) the images and doc.As a result, I cannot reseed fully, even the downloaded files. For example, in this instance VIDEO_TS_BUP, VIDEO_TS_IFO and two VOB files because they shared piece of 8 MB with other files which I don't have.
I am (re)seeding a big chunk that I can, at least the person who requested presumably also made torrent freeleech, can get 99% of the files, even if no one else can reseed 100%. It is ironic that because of extra bits in the torrent, there is a bottleneck in reseeding.
Lately, I have been seeing torrents that include both DVD and mp4/mkv etc. and I wonder if anyone would download both and in future if reseed request comes in, what would be the odds? Having said that, I also observed that there were dozens of seeders which implies that many users downloaded ALL the content (hopefully they have bandwidth in their ratio).
P.S. in the reseed message generated by system, link to Step-by-Step Guide directs to gaytor.rent domain instead of gaytorrent.ru domain (forum is still .ru)
