One seed but I can't connect to them. Please help.

It's harder to establish a connection for torrents with too few seeders, let alone only one. Their client might refuse the connection to you for many possible reasons.
One thing that might help is freeleeching it, with more people trying eventually the seeder will connect to someone and then everyone else can download from that person.
If the torrent is too big and you don't have enough bonus points to freeleech it you can send the link to the helpdesk and ask them to freeleech it for you, explain that there are only one seeder.

@ianfontinell I think your suggestion of reaching out to the Helpdesk is the best option here.
I like your optimism, but freeleeching to attract a single seeder's attention is a real dice roll. That 26 GB upload would require more than 5,200 seed points per day, which a lot of people may not have on hand.
As well, I'm assuming there are some "single seeders" who don't check-in to the site regularly, or who may be too busy / uninterested to comply.
