I am suggesting that Film911 and their sub-labels to be added to the Banned Content list.

The reason is their extremely aggressive towards their content getting upload. with recent upload of their content, they made an account for the site just to threaten uploader, saying they will track them down and sue them into oblivion (The torrent is gone now, so I can't show a screenshot of their message)

I think when a studio becomes this publicly aggressive, it would be best, for the safety of the site and it's users, to distance GT.RU from them as much as possible.

Most studios give DMCA notice and don't do anything public when they want something taken down. Film911 threatened the uploader on a public comment section.

@rtim The only thing a studio can do is submit a DMCA request. Even if they create an account with us, as a regular user, they are not able to see the uploader on any torrent, even if the uploader comments on the torrent. We do not ever give out user information to anyone for any reason.

if we ban film911 and other studios sees it is accompliced then they will do the same and we ban them too?

@rtim Also, it should be noted that if you see that kind of thing in the torrent comments, we encourage you to click the report button. We have rules surrounding user conduct, which apply to EVERYONE on the site. We do not tolerate threats, harassment, flaming, or any other such disruptive behaviour from ALL of our users.

I'm glad we are a very big and commited community. From now on, whenever I see a Film911 torrent I will download it even though I think it's pure trash. For if the original torrents ever go down I will happily upload them again.

@MrMazda I did report it and I am guessing it got removed. This post is more about what do with the studio. Most studios don't want to upset any potential customers or damage their image by saying anything, so they keep their actions on the down low. Film911 has shown they don't care and willing to go out on the attack. even studios like Staxus and Raging Stallion, two studio known to be willing to DMCA sites aren't this aggressive. So is it even safe to have that content on the site?

You've said your piece (twice), and now it's time to let go. The topics of DMCA and banned content have been considered for a long, long time, and management has policies in place. We are not privy to all of it, as is their right.

Your logic on this is so illogical, I could just spit nails.

In decades of downloading porn, I have never been interested in even ONE video put out by Film911. Good riddance!
