If you read the Twitter thread, linked to in the article, you will see that the claim isn't quite what it appears to be.

SHOCKINGLY, a woman is saying that women are also sex offenders, despite what the media and government try to convince us of.

In the UK, women can't commit most sex crimes because they have a pussy.

Rape, for example, requires a penis, even if the penis is not used in the act. Say a man and woman (as nature made them) kidnapped and shoved broom-handle into the victim's holes. Even though both did the same act, only the person with a cock, despite not being used in the act, is guilty of rape.

Vaginalists are extremely butt hurt that under new Scottish rules, a chick with a dick who rapes will now list women as committing rape. This is due to the "self-identify" law the Scottish government passed.

Oddly, under the new law, trans-man who had bottom surgery inserts something into another, this doesn't count as rape since the cock isn't natural. In other words, they are treating it as a broom-handle in the previous scenario.

Currently, in the UK, women can only commit statutory rape if the person they have sex with is under 16. This is due to the law (1st and only gender-neutral sex crime law in the UK) that says that anyone who has sex with a person under 16 is guilty of statutory rape.
