Torrent removed for DMCA and then uploaded by someone else?

I'm trying to get my ratio up like a good torrenter. I have a huge library of porn that I am curating and uploading.
The last 3 torrents that I've uploaded have been taken down for the DMCA violation. Not sure why, I've seen other videos from the same porn star posted on here for weeks.
My question is after my torrent is taken down, I see it again posted, and not taken down for days, when mine was taken down within HOURS of uploading.
I feel like I'm being schemed out of my ratio, and someone else is getting to upload a torrent that I created. What is the policy on this? What can I do to avoid this again? very frustrating.

There is nothing you can do once a torrent is taken down due to copyright violation ...

Nothing .. but to be aware and concern of what you are posting not to violate sites regulation ...

@john32123666 yes, been doing lots of freeleeching too. is there a way to report the other acct who reposts the torrent that i got taken down?

@john32123666 my issue is ive seen other videos from the same porn star on this site for 11+ weeks. figure it should be safe to upload more from that person. then my torrent gets taken down quickly

I have felt the same way too @knoxguy89 Knowing that there is nothing I could do on my end. That dreaded feeling that I put a lot of effort into but someone else is taking credit for it now or I already have it and I'm about to upload it but someone beat me to it. Don't let it gloom your holiday cheer frenny.

@Rotron Someone is taking all the credit for something you did? I'm sorry did you produce the content? Or are you complaining that other people are getting uploads from a torrent THEY uploaded just because you have uploaded it before and it got deleted?

@Rotron sorry that's just how it is.... why would you report someone when this site is already being inundated with take down notices on almost everything. No doubt others may try to upload content that has already been removed and perhaps they might be lucky that it doesn't get removed. Or not. It's a crap shoot. Move on and upload other content. Or try again if you're so enamoured of whatever it was you shared before. In the last month most of my uploads have been removed... more than half. So if this is how things are going to be then it's hardly sustainable. It will increasingly become a waste of time, especially as no new content will end up being shared either. So probably won't matter in the end,. Good luck

Is a sentiment response to the topic creator for what he (and you) must have felt like when that happened and that I have felt the same way too and that there is nothing we could do on our end and so I followed with:
Don't let it gloom your holiday cheer frenny.
To not let what happened put him down and cheer up instead for this coming holiday season.
Maybe, just maybe I should have put the word "COULD" and "MAY" so it'll be more understandable on your end that I am showing my sentiment of understanding how he must have felt like and that I feel for his frustration.
I COULD have felt the same way too..... knowing that there MAY also be nothing that I could do on my end.
But the thing is, the post reply is not editable. So there, I corrected it to avoid further issues on my end that I might be imposing on your minds.

I don't think anyone here owns or have produced the content they have uploaded in GayTor (except for those in the MEMBER category). When did a show of sentiment sounded like a complaint? Grow up? Is that a derogatory term towards me?

Yes, this is what I do when someone uploaded the whole completed series when I am still in the process of uploading the rest of the individual episodes. I even thank them for completing it for me.

Yes, sadly. I would also say the same to you that "that's just how it is right now". It's what exactly what everyone here feels like. So, my sentiments go to everyone here who have experienced the same.

You suggested or mused as to whether you should or could report these torrents at one point. Anyways, it will all be moot as more content is removed and more people just give up. I feel silly for sending them donations recently lol.
