I've a question about how a torrent is identified as being allegedly in violation of copyright infringement. Recently i've uploaded some torrents that have been taken down due to alleged copyright infringement, however when searching content, the same torrents that I've had taken down, are available from other users, just in a different file type, or quality, or part of a collection of files. I'm wondering is there something I'm doing wrong that is calling attention to my uploads by the content owners that other posters aren't doing and so are able to avoid their torrents from being flagged for copyright infringement? I don't want to call out any specific content as I don't want to flag anyone else's torrents, in addition i'm glad that the content still remains available to new downloaders. Any clarification on how to avoid being flagged for copyright infringement is most welcome. I do also want to state clearly that i'm not seeking or trying to break or circumvent any of GayTorrent rules as an answer to this question. Thank you for any clarity that you can provide!!!
