Ok, we know that Biden gets lost on a 10 foot square stage or in the backyard of his mansion that he's lived in for decades.
We also know he loves to lie about everything.
Sadly, he doesn't know how his son Beau died.
He doesn't know that the US has 50 states and countless other things.

Why does Biden refuse to take the cognitive test?
Trump took the test each of the 4 years he was in office, in hopes to quell the lying Dems and their BS Article 25 crap.
It should be a legal requirement that ALL Presidents, Speaker of the House and Presidents of the Senate take the cognitive test by the official doctors.
If not, they should be thrown out of office.
