Ain't it supposed to be a rule for that from banning ...

I am relating about new posted torrent w/ full details description w/o any issues that have not been snatched,
and someone intend to make a negative comment w/c dissatisfies others from downloading ...
This impact and ruin the life of what is presented or posted instead of skipping and to find something else ...

The person in question might have already seen the video elsewhere and is commenting on the torrent. This isn't punishable.

If it is targeted harassment, then it is punishable.
