The WH Press Office is saying he's referring to his single spot of skin cancer that he had removed during Trump's term in office.
As for his claims about Claymont DE having a high rate of cancer, even the Delaware state government disagrees with that.
In 2009, the state found that the Claymont area's cancer rate was not significantly different from the rest of the state and the US as a whole.
So, once again, Biden is lying.
