How many TeraBytes perverted you are?
-
I have 2 external disks of 2TB each and now I'm getting another one with 4TB, I'm saving for a bigger one.
-
I have about 11TB and growing
-
I have a 50TB NAS and several external drives that are either 4TB or 5TB.
About 20TB is non-porn and the rest is porn.
I'm currently in the process of cleaning up the drives and getting rid of the stuff I don't want and upgrading stuff I want to keep.
-
About 1TB :L
-
Probably 4-5 TB, most of which I'll probably never watch again...but disk space is so cheap I prefer to leave it rather than pawing through the collection and throwing stuff away.
-
I have 2 TB and thought I was a data horder. After reading this I don't feel so bad
-
@amazeingrave The flip side of having (too) many files is that just yesterday I was looking for a specific clip and I couldn't find it. Very frustrating, because I came across a lot of stuff that I didn't want, making the search all the more tedious.
-
@eobox91103 Yes but when you go through all your files to clean up what you no longer want and re-watch everything can be lots of fun
-
Only 178Gb in 700+ files, but on scenes I want to keep, I use Handbrake, so save a ton of space.
Not quiet as organised as Clockwise rimjob, anti-clockwise rimjob, you will get it if you have watched Ted. LOL
-
I thought my 2TB is already huge lol
-
38 Terabytes
-
atm i have 2,4TB.... before i had ~10TB
-
About 34TB. Is that too much?
-
I have 4TB and i thought it was too much, but i try to only keep the files/scenes i think are rare imo and i would comeback to
-
I have only 2TB.

how do you keep them pls? is it via a NAS? sorry im so new to tech stuff. is it just regular external HD? how do you upgrade the disk capacity later

@stam8 I use a Synology DS1821+ but any of the consumer Synology NASes will work - https://www.synology.com/en-us/products?tower=ds_j%2Cds_plus%2Cds_value%2Cds_xs. They don’t come with drives installed, they are compatible with almost all 3.5” drives. Mine has 8 slots, I started with two drives and added more as I needed the space. You can also replace drives with bigger ones without losing any data. This mean you can constantly add space until it’s filled with the largest possible drives.
They run Docker which means you can run your BitTorrent client on the NAS, it’s fast and runs 24/7.
Lots of helpful posts here - https://www.reddit.com/r/synology/

I have 8 TB and I was beginning to think that I had a problem, but I feel a lot better knowing that I'm not alone
-
@goodblowjob thank you so much.. have you found a guide for absolute beginners?
-
So far 6 hard drives of 1 TB each full and a 7th on it's way. My biggest fear is to see gaytorrent.ru getting down one day for whatever reason so in a way I am preparing for that day...
