Is there any permanent way to increase penis size?

Surgery or extenders can add up to around 2cm (often much less). Girth surgery can add between 1.5cm-4cm, but fillers can be semi-permanent. If it's well below average their may be medical support.
For most people losing weight, trimming pubic hair, and just not giving a **** in bed are better options.

Most of the products you see online are either snake oil or could be toxic in some way, and the "exercises" again range from useless to permanent damage to your penis.

@gayofseas Sure, it's risky, and I would recommend consulting a medical professional before undertaking anything.
That said, I think losing weight, trimming, would work for most people as long as they just get out there and have fun it would matter less.
