AG Garland proves liberals, including himself, are liars

During a House of Reps hearing, AG Garland admitted (when questioned by Rep Gohmert) that none of the 6 Jan protesters have been charged with insurrection since their "crimes" don't meet the legal criteria of "insurrection".
The left calling it "insurrection" from the start, was called out from the very start by real conservatives, but they keep doing it. I know, I know, our resident fake conservative will claim to be a Republican who bases everything on facts, even though the DOJ has always denied, in a legal sense, that 6 Jan was not an insurrection while calling everything his fellow liberals do as mere "protests".
AG Garland, also, refused to say if any government actors were involved in destructive and/or violent behaviors during the 6 Jan protests inside the Capitol Building, in a covert manner.

I like FBN because the videos don't have media spin, just the words straight from the horse's mouth(s), as it were.
In a few videos, AG Garland admits that he has never heard about the Dept of Interior "protest" by liberals, until the Congressional hearing. Republicans who questioned him on that were shocked that as the AG he only just heard about it when it was put in front of him in that Congressional hearing. Is he as senile as Biden? Or is he as useless as the Biden Admin?
From the hearings, it appears that AG Garland doesn't know much, except that his calling concerned parents, "domestic terrorists" didn't have anything to do with protecting his son-in-law's business.

@raphjd AG Garland is useless to anybody, because he is senile, and completely conflicted.
He realizes that he can't change the rules to attack the republicans, because if he did that, the same rule change would put a LOT of democrats in jail. For instance, to keep Hillary out of prison, a whole lot of rules had to be bent!
