Red Ion next to username

Hi there

Iwent traveling to Taipei.  While there my friends mentioned that they could not download porn from gaytorrent.ru there anymore.  I said i would try using my account.  Now I have a red icon next to my name and unable to do anything….  Im back in South Korea and would really like to access my porn again.  Can anyone explain what i did wrong and how to fix it please?  On my way to work and will check for hopefully an answer when I'm back.

It's possible that the system thinks you have duplicate accounts.

Best idea is to write to the Helpdesk (icon at top) with the details
