She made rape jokes, as well as racist tweets against whites, Mexicans, and asians.

So you genuinely believe that people should be judged based on statements they have said a "decade" ago. Or is this a gotcha ploy for shitlibs? If so, it was a good laugh and a valid point that shitlibs need to consider.
However, I find this argument to be made in bad faith if you truly are against cancel culture and a supporter of free speech.

She is a piece of shit and a hypocrite.
It's always comical that your side loves to dig up stuff that is decades old and quite often written when the person was a kid, but you guys get butt hurt when it's done against your side. As always, you love cancel culture, as long as only your side gets to do the canceling.

@raphjd In hindsight, I would argue that my response might have hinged on this topic being a reactionary take, which often states that Gwen Berry should be removed from the olympic team based on what she had did. I guess you could say that everyone is a hypocrite if we assume that everyone is immutable and that everyone doesn't grow/change based on their lived experience. So, I find digging up someone's thoughts/statements made from the past and calling them a hypocrite for it to be highly disingenuous.
The ending statement that you have on cancel culture is true and I agree with you; nobody should be judged based on their past self and instead I would argue that we should judge people present actions (considering their intent and context of their action). This is a point that I'll contend that most shitlibs don't want to accept. I'm much more left than your typical neolib or shitlib. In fact, I'd be more than happy to discuss my political leanings if you want.
