how to seed without download?

Consider this scenario.

On piratebay, I get a torrent for Mary's Recipes. (made-up name)

It finishes. 4 files of a certain name, type/format, sizes and content.

On gaytorrent, I see that JohnDoe has a torrent for that exact package of Mary's Recipes. (Same 4 files by same name, type/format, size, and probably-identical content.)
I want a way to become a seeder of JohnDoe's torrent, without having to first download his content. I want a way to link JohnDoe's torrent to my existing files, have something do a quick hash or something to verify identical content, and (if verified) proceed directly to seeding, with NOTHING added to my download stats.
How is that done?

P.S. I am using "uTorrent Web". I've gathered that I may be better off on "uTorrent Classic", am trying to install it now

I think I see how to do it in "uTorrent classic"... but it involves downloading JohnDoe's torrent and I will not be able to try that until tomorrow.

This is only possible if you are uploading torrent content, but still you need to download the torrent and 100% check in order to seed.
Seeding w/o downloading file is only possible if you had exact same match copy of what you are trying to seed [100% hash check]...
Adding tracker or torrent hash from other site is prohibited...

@john32123666 has it right. The file name and the relative location of the file need to be the same, or you will need to specify the copy you have when you add the torrent file to your client.

@ricky Thanks, I got it.
- check that file names, sizes & paths/folders are identical to the thing I already had
- switch to uTorrent Classic
- remove old torrent
- download/add GT torrent with "start" turned off
- Force Recheck
- Start
