Conservative radio pundit Rush Limbaugh joined other far-right Republicans in blasting President Barack Obama for plotting to pay “lesbians and transgender hillbillies” to become farmers and invade Republican rural strongholds.

I felt it must be a spoof, but really it was just the usual Limbaugh drivel trying to make a story where there wasn't one.
