Huge freeleech expired and now my ratio is trash

I was downloading a huge file that was freeleech, but apparently, I couldn't download it fast enough and it expired, leaving me to download most of the file after the freeleech expired, making my ratio plummet. I wish there was some option that stopped downloading if freeleech expired, but I feel like that isn't exactly possible based on how torrents work. I've been trying to seed when I can, but we all know seeding is a slow process
. Now there's not much I can do but search around for torrents to upload and seed what I can. My gracetime ends in 12 days so it looks like I earned myself a hiatus from downloads for a while -

you can start a new Freelech and stop the torrent if downloading and no longer seeding to avoid counting against your ratio...
find freelech torrent that has bunch of leechers and plenty amount of time...You can keep track Freelech being promoted through:
Sort by > Freeleech Starttime > descending / ascending [and other option]

Yes, I agree with MontanaJones! I download about 5-10 freeleech torrents every day and let them run! You should try to get back to normal your ratio.
