Bareback and PrEP. It just feels better, and its more intimate.
Condoms are not all that effective on the following STIs- Syphilis, Herpes,Crabs, HPV, Molluscum, scabies.
Best thing you can do is assume everyone is positive. People lie. Even partners. Get on PrEP and stay on it.
Condoms are fairly effective with syphilis, herpes, HPV, etc.
People often don't think about STI transmission such as herpes (cold sores) from mouth to penis or anus or HPV (warts) from finger to anus. Herpes virus can be transmitted even when there is no visible sore.
I'm old enough that when I see a porn actor shaved below the waist, I immediately think they must have had a terrible case of crabs. :cheers:

Drug addicts are dirty or clean. HIV+ people have a disease or virus, and you can ask their HIV status. I thought in 2020 everyone knew how rude and stigmatizing that language is to HIV+ people. Do you call your mom dirty when she has the flu?
True, but it also isn't smart to take people at only their word. Those who really want ass will say what sounds good so as to make the other person agree to meet. Got raped in college because of that; never trusted one-night stands at their word alone ever since.
To me, it's not being rude asking about one's status and for proof. It's being as safe and prudent in an otherwise stupid situation; situation being going for a one-night stand in the first place.

Unless i know the person well it will be safe sex all the way.even with prep there are still other sti/std you can catch

for years condoms for me wasnt a thing as i was allergic to latex and back in my teen years and growing into adulthood condoms were made of latex–and it was 16 when i heard of condoms and by then i already done bare and kept it that way--here it is years later and had sex with numerous men--i was a sex addict for years--the more i got the more i wanted--- and couple gangbangs i am the age i am now and never had any std's

I do not understand why most of you treat condoms like they're the enemies here. Yes, I do use condoms, but I also like bareback porn and like the rest of the clips out there, it needs to be done properly.
If anything, get tested, use PrEP also combined with condoms and if you don't like using them, at least inform your partner about your status, always.

Obviously I am not denying the use of condoms when you need to (if you don't know the person or just because you want to use it). I've used it many times in the past when I didn't have a stable relationship and it was ok and no problem at all… I don't like using it right now because I have my boyfriend and we do not need to take those precautions.
I will always encourage people to use condoms for spodaric relationships.

Much as I've been tempted to go bareback, I still prefer the use of condom. With all the advance scientific med, in our country, it's still like a death sentence when you are diagnosed with HIV.

At the very least always bare when in a relationship. It is just sooooo much better.
I hate to pause to wear a condom.Also I can not believe I am seeing comments comparing HIV to a death sentence. Sure, you should avoid it, but this comparison has no place in 2020. Truly sad.

I don’t put my raw dick to anyone’s butthole and I don’t touch someone else’s raw dick that has just been pulled out of my ass. I understand that many people have some sort of sexual fetish, but this one is just ridiculous.
Some time ago, I actually dumped my boyfriend and one of the reasons was that he refused to take a shower before sex and wash his teeth. And this is way less siginficant than putting a dick to a smelly hole.

If the hole is smelly, then it will be smelly with a condom too.
That means the guy has not prepared or was not ready to begin with.
By all means, avoid bareback, but that is a weird reason to do so; you should want the hole to not be smelly regardless.

This is exactly why I have always refused to have sex without a condom, even when in a relationship. The thought of putting in my mouth something that was being rubbed against my intestines - or kissing someone who put in his mouth something that was inside his - just feels…gross? No matter how intimate I am with the other person.
