You have to identify the underlying cause before you can decide on an appropriate course of action.
It could be you aren't getting enough sleep.  It could be a sleep disorder like sleep apnea.  It could be a thyroid or other glandular issue.  It could be depression.  It could be anemia.  It could be an infection.

Unless something changed recently in your life that coincided with a sudden change in energy levels, then I think you need to make an appointment with your doctor to discuss things.  He can ask you questions and run tests to try to identify why this is happening.

Always talk to a doctor. It could be many things, even (depending where you live) the change of the season, the heat from the summer time… But it may be something more serious than simply feeling tired "because of the weather".

Making an appointment with a doctor would be the best thing to do to find out what's happening.

If you are eating a correct diet you don't need to be taking supplements etc.

This is the place to start with look at what you are eating/drinking and the times you are doing it.

                Next look at your sleep

Third the exercises you are doing.

Try going for a 30 min walk a day, i find that helps a lot. Especially during lockdown

Considering the author does not say his age, this is likely an apt suggestion.
