Increase Ratio
-
Why is it hard to increase the ration any ideas for easy doing?
do i need to upload a video? -
It can be tricky because some categories or items are not very popular and others have so many seeds that when someone leeches you get to upload for like 45 seconds and you're done.
Ones with very few seeders can be good to sit on for a long time because though they may have few seeders because they are unpopular, you'll get a good amount of upload when people do decide to leech it.
If you're looking for something faster then use freeleech torrents, try ones that have been downloaded a lot, which is an indication that it is popular. Or with few seeds to compete with, or with a lot of leechers but leechers become seeders so sometimes they will only be fruitful for a short period.
Downloading freeleach is the way to go but it can be pretty hit or miss so you may need to download quite a few to find a couple that will give consistent leachers

Seed, seed and seed

I know, right?
I am barely getting my Ratio up, because the videos i downloaded dont get much peers,
I am seeding 133 torrents but my download rights are taken right now, i wish the Bonus for lesser peer would be increased. -
Freeleech torrents, by the way, in the last weeks don't work very well: I have been downloading some freeleech torrents and they are hardly leeched or sed… don't know why that is happening (maybe someone from the organization could answer this), but before freeleech torrents used to increase your ratio... this is not happening in the last weeks anymore...

Or post additional pics relevant to the torrent, 1 approved pic = 1SBP
Report a dupe, 1 valid report = 50SBP
And you can exchange this sbp into traffic to help you up with your ratio.
Try (it works for me when I am also struggling with my ratio years back) to dl freeleech torrents with big files and a lot of leechers, you can know the number of freeleech leechers by filtering "sort by: number of leechers"

Thanks for all the tips, mate!

I don`t get it, because I am on the other gay torrents website and even when I download something hugely popular, with loads of seeders, I still end up uploading with high speeds and getting a 1+ ratio. Here, I download something similar and once the download is finished, it completely stops uploading. And I don't close my torrent program, ever.
I don't understand why there is a difference between to the two websites?
I know freeleech is the way to go, and I don't have a horrible ratio, but I would prefer it to be higher, obviously.
Is it just the popularity between to two websites?
I genuinely want to increase my ratio here.

This sounds like you might have a port forwarding issue. You need to make sure that the port that your torrent client uses is forwarded through your home network or VPN to your computer, both in TCP and UDP. This is a critical, yet often overlooked step necessary for getting proper upload traffic with our tracker.
-
How would one ensure that the torrent client is properly forwarded to TCP and UDP? I use, uTorrent, for instance. Thanks in advance!

This depends on the modem and router equipment that you're running. Within your uTorrent settings, you'll see a setting for the incoming port number. This is the port number that needs to be forwarded. Again though, how to do this depends on your home network equipment.
