Recently i started a treatment with growth hormone to accelerate fat burn and protect my muscle mass. I am being assisted by a doctor of course, but i really would like to hear about other people's experiences, to set a realistic goal. how much body fat did you cut down? for how long did you use? stuff like this. i haven't found a single complete review about this, they all seem to stop halfway through  😕

…........let me just get this out of the way.

-have you had any genetic problems or hormonal/gonadal dysfunction at some point in your life?
-is your doctor actually a medically licensed DOCTOR? specifically an endocrinologist? or at the least a Sport Medicine Specialist Doctor?
-Have you had ANY medical conditions PRIOR starting hormonal therapy for Weightloss?
-is your hormonal therapy STRICTLY for weightloss? or is there a medical/biological need that necessitates Hormonal therapy of Testosterone?

1 - when i was a child i did go to an endocrinologist, and she recomended grow hormone therapy because according to a bone densitometry exam she thought i was going to be a little short. My parents decided not to do it.
2 - my current doctor, is an ACTUAL LICENSED DOCTOR, and yes, an endocrinologist
3 - no medical conditions prior starting hormone therapy, i did several exams, my hormone levels are adequate, but on the lower limit of adequate.
4 - my goal is no exactly weightloss, more like fatloss, and gain muscle mass, or at least lose fat without losing any muscle mass at all. About medical need of testosterone: my hormone levels are adequate, but on the lower limit of adequate. she did recomend testosterone therapy, but i was very apprehensive. I am using tstosterone, but according to the doctor, it is a very low dosage, just enough to bust my testosterone level a bit.

            Some more information then:

            Height: 1,70cm
            Body fat: 15,5 %
            Training: about 5 years

oh that's good. medically i see nothing wrong with your regiment then.

haven't really heard much about testosterone supplementation for weight/Fat loss. i'll read up on it for you.
P.S i am also a medically licensed doctor. hence the question.

Thank you. I know there are benefits to this therapy, i just would like to know what would be an attainable goal, not to set my expectations too high. My weight is about 84 kg (185 pounds?). I dont have any professional bodybuilding aspirations or anything like that, but i want to look good. Planning on doing this for about 3 months, and reach at  least 10% body fat, with about 80 kg weight.

I just wonder if that is too optimistic.

But i will wait for you to respond, and if it interests you, inform you of the progress. Planning on having a physical evaluation in 2 weeks (40 days in treatment).

so far my research amounts to saying: you're basically taking something along the lines of steroids tbh, but not full blown steroids…well it depends on what kind of testosterone supplement you're on.
it'll work but most research available mostly indicates those who are medically low in testosterone, not low normal.
most of the research available involves obese individuals. so i can't say a conclusive for  muscle building per say without going full steroids.

is it 84kg muscle already? or are we talking fat? how tall are you btw?
i need a estimate of your body type/profile. are you fat? are you skinny? chubby? average?

My weight is about 84 kg total muscle and fat.

                    15,5% body fat - 13 kg of fat + 71 kg lean mass = 84 kg total
                    Body type, "strong average"
And yes,on steroids, but very low dosage (1 mL durateston/week), and growth hormone 3ui/day (1mg/day) everyday .
1 mL of Durateston contains : 30 mg Testosterone propionate
                                                            60 mg Testosterone Fempropionate
                                                            60 mg Testosterone isocaproate
                                                            100 mg Testosterone Decanoate
                    AGE: 27
                    Height: 1,70cm
Diet : almost no carbs at all. Mostly protein, fat and fibers. calorie intake about 2200 kcal.
I have heard about other guys who use a much higher dose of testosterone. As i said to my doctor, that i was apprehensive about using testosterone, maybe she prescribed a low dosage, is there room for SAFE increase in the dosage?

M y next consultation is in about 20 days.

there are a lot of reviews on testosterone with before and after pictures this steroid, but haven't found one that combined the steroid WITH growth hormone, supposedly combining them is like make 1+1= 3, synergistic effect.

With testosterone and growth hormone, is it possible to go from 15% BF  to 10% BF in 3,5 months?

hmm i see. you seem rather ripped already, but hey that's what you want.
nothing is really safe in this world LOL but seriously though. it depends on your Liver and kidneys. if they're still in the green with no likely risk of damage due to the steroids then i guess it's fine. however you should be aware that over reliance to steroids long term is obviously bad since it will reduce your own bodies capabilities to produce testosterone by itself. i personally dont recommend going lower than 10% anymore if you have further plans for it.

synergistic that i can't speak for. but it does work for those who were originally Low hormones wise as synergistic.

i think it's possible. but your diet will make up a lot of it, than the exercise. the problem with that is you'd be sacrificing muscle for fat loss. since the human body will metabolize Muscle for energy than it will Fats. its an evolution thing.

How did you even get these hormones? I didn't know that doctors would voluntarily prescribe them.

I tried growth hormone injections for some months. The cost/benefit relation did not do it for me and I quit that treatment.

Trying now some direct testosterone injections every three days. This seems to be more effective for me. My andrologist just did a blood panel on me, I am curious to get the results next week.
