Courts view GOP fraud claims skeptically as Democrats score key legal victories

But The Post found that judges appointed by both Republicans and Democrats alike have been dubious of GOP arguments that lowering barriers to mail voting could lead to widespread fraud.
“Do you have any evidence of any voter fraud actually existent in Montana in the last 10 to 20 years?” District Judge Dana L. Christensen, an appointee of President Barack Obama, pressed a GOP lawyer in a Missoula courtroom last week.
“No,” said the lawyer, James Bopp Jr., who is representing Republicans in a suit challenging the state’s decision to allow counties to run all-mail elections this fall. “No. But it is, with all due respect, I understand your question, but no, it’s irrelevant.”
Bopp went on to assert, without offering evidence, that counties proactively mailing ballots to voters could introduce voter fraud in the state. Christensen has not yet issued a ruling.
Gerrymanderying so that Republicans get only 45% of the votes but 65% of the elected officials is not new and neither are their attempts to suppress voting by any means possible, including going against the voters' will in Florida to try to prevent former criminals from voting to closing polling locations in minority neighborhoods in Texas to banning certain types of photo identification while refusing to accept others that are equally valid.
The biggest anti-democracy push right now are the provably false claims about fraudulent voting as an excuse to prevent people who are likely to vote Democratic to vote at all and to possibly try to steal the election by having Republican-controlled state legislatures void the voting results and send their own electors.
Trump's pushing to load the Supreme Court expecting them to somehow appoint him president as they did with Bush in 2000 after the crooked Republicans in charge of the elections in Florida screwed the voters.
It's time for national reform and reinstitution of voters' rights protections to stop the shenanigans that have been ongoing since after the Civil War.

False. Trump is not "loading" the Supreme Court, he has a duty to appoint a nominee written in teh Constitution. Dims have talked openly about "packing" the Supreme Court by adding judges, because the system isn't working for them the way they like, like little babies. They hate the constitution, they want to abolish it. They are manipulating you to destroy the rule of law. They want to change it because they can't win the electoral college. I'm in Texas, and fuck you New York, California, and Chicago. You don't get to decide for me. I don't care if you have the majority. It's the law and if you don't like it, fuck off.

Let's see how honest this article is.
It's in a rag own by Trump hater, Jeff Bezos.
Bezos and Amazon pay far less taxes than Trump.

Also, what about the bi-partisan group, lead by Jimmy Carter, that showed that mail in voting it subject to fraud?
What about the cases we are seeing of ballots in the trash and mail, including ballots in a ditch?

The whole government is corrupt. The dims are the ones that openly commit the treason, and the GOP sits back because they've been infiltrated by fake Republicans.
