It really makes you wonder what Putin has on Trump that makes Trump so willing to be humiliated by him. I've never seen someone so cucked, so weak. He must have something really damaging, or embarrassing. Maybe criminal - probably criminal. Or maybe just a sex tape? Trump is embarrassed about his flabby body, isn't he? He's ashamed of his baldness.

I think it is both much simpler to explain and more complex.
You are right about Trump feeling embarrassed, ashamed, and inferior about everything from his flabby body, bad hair, and weird little penis to his poor academic performance and lack of business acumen, but that is just a symptom. His primary focus is how he is perceived by others and when he steps outside of one of his controlled rallies and is confronted with the reality of how the majority of Americans perceive him, it hurts. Watch his face in the video in which he is booed on the portico of the Supreme Court.
Trump has an authoritarian personality and other severe psychological pathologies and his relationship with his father is one of the root causes. Trump admires Putin and aspires to be like him the same way he admired his father and aspired to be like him and sought his approval. Trump is consistently attracted to men who appear to be more masculine and authoritarian than he is, in general, because he wants to be like them.
What he understands deep inside and is part of what makes him such a miserable person is that he is inferior to those men like Putin that he admires and can never truly be like them, so he is and always will be unsatisfied and miserable no matter what. He knows they despise him for being inferior, too.
Trump has to ignore reality and suppress these thoughts and feelings in order to make it through the day.
A similar dynamic is seen with Trump's offspring, but Trump is much worse than his father. Trump's father can't completely be blamed because some of his children turned out okay, but all of Trump's children are screwed up in the same way Trump himself is.
