UL/DL remains 0.00kB after seeding/uploading.

Hi guys. A newbie here.
I thought the problem I'm having is quite simple and some kind of an amateur mistake, so I've searched for hours for threads about this problem.. but I couldn't find any. So I decided to post a thread to get some help from you guys.
The problem is this :
After seeding/uploading hundreds megabytes of files for hours, my UL and DL still remain 0.00kB and my ratio is "–-".1. I downloaded some freeleech files, and now I'm seeding them.
2. I uploaded a torrent file myself and now I'm seeding it too.
3. People are leeching(or downloading? I'm still confusing with the terms..) my files, according to my torrent program(utorrent 3.4.7).- It says I uploaded approximately 600MB in total.
4. And I downloaded a few gigabytes.
5. But, Rationator 3.0 says I uploaded/downloded 0.00kB.

Yes, I see the problem in your profile.
You are disconnecting from the tracker every 3 minutes or so, and changing IP addresses every time.
In order for your computer to report upload (and download) statistics, you MUST STAY solidly connected to the tracker server… doing so would report your data quantities every 30 minutes, when staying constantly connected.
Why does your system bail out and reconnect with a new IP Address every 3 minutes????
There's no solution to your situation at our end.
You have to stay coonnected non-stop, otherwise no tracker update can occur, and thus your ratio stays the same as when you opened your account: at nill.
Interested to hear your explanation for your 3 minute disconnects as it sounds a lot like a system programmed to cheat on the ratio at a private tracker, like ours... :-0

Something seems wrong there. Although I know nothing.
I know the .ru tracker only updates statistics every 30 minutes but surely it must keep track continuously.
You seem to be saying that a small torrent that I downloaded this morning in a couple of minutes and seeded within the 30 minutes update would have no effect on MY ratio if I stopped it because I seeded to more than 1.0.
Far from atahualpa's set-up cheating this system, on his report it is cheating him.
I thought the stats were linked to an account and passkey, not an IP address. We don't all have static IP addresses.
As I say I know nothing but logic falls down somewhere
PS Just checked his public profile and his seed bonus account would suggest he has been almost continuously logged in since he joined

If a VPN or proxy service is used, don't use the "Auto" server connection, but use a manual server selection.
Auto is hopping too much servers and changing IP all the time, which make tracking difficult.

In your opinion, my problem is that for whatever reason, I disconnect then reconnect every 3 minutes with a new IP, so my download/upload information cannot be cumulatively sent to .ru tracker, which updates every 30 minutes. Right?I don't know what's happening with that 3 minutes-disconnecting thing. But taking your comment as a hint, I thought some DHCP lease time limit may be the problem. I checked it and it was 3600 sec(1 hour) so I changed it to 10 days, but the problem didn't go away.
Also, When I used checkmytorrentip.net and checked if my torrent client IP is changed, it remained same.

Yeah I thought the same too. I thought my IP address won't matter as long as the passkey remains the same. But according to Pawpcorn, that might be not the case.–--

If AOL means the some american ISP, I'm not in america.
But I think I have to check if my ISP uses proxy servers. Thank you.–--

I'm not familiar with technical terms, but when you say VPN or proxy services, do you mean some program/services to hide the user's IP? If so, I don't use neither of them.–--
Somehow, after seeding for more hours, my UL has increased to 628.19MB, but still way below the amount I really uploaded. And my DL still remains 0.00kB even though I did download some non-freeleech torrents.
Well, I guess at least there's a hope..?Given that no one is having the same problem as me, I think the problem is definitely my computer or my internet service/connection. I'll keep checking what I can do about it.
