Tracker failure - Bad Ratio 1.106 (too many torrents)

When I try to open an new torrent, I get the tracker reply:
"Bad Ratio 1.106 (too many torrents - your current limit is 15 at the same time, see rules)"
This even though I have actually only 3 torrents in UPLOAD and NOT EVEN ONE torrent in Download.
I have a good ratio of 1.107 and am far away from the limit of 15 torrents.
I then asked a mod to fix the problem.The mod replied

after closing and reopening my profile on gaytorrent.ru,
I still get the reply from tracker
"Bad Ratio 1.106 (too many torrents - your current limit is 15 at the same time, see rules)"My next request to fix it, generated mods reply:
"Normally the reset process that I followed, which generated those other PM's fixes this problem. I'm not seeing any reason why you are getting this error."Did anyone had a similar problem?
Bad that I am now left alone and cannot use gaytorrent.ru anymore.

Maybe use a different torrent client? qBittorrent is a recommended alternative by many.

I now tried to open with qbittorent 4.2.1 and Transmission 2.94 and both supplied identical result - bad ratio 1.107, too many torrents -
even though it is unchanged that only 3 torrents are in upload and none in download.
No support at all, I am left alone with mods reply: "I'm not seeing any reason why you are getting this error." -
How about you manually reset your passkey?
