no download but deducted from my bonus

I have had a download waiting for a few weeks now and it just says finding peers.
surely my bonus should be deducted once the download has completed.
i have asked for requests but nothing

I never give SPB until the file is completely downloaded and I check it.
When you gift SPB, its done immediately, the same as spending it for download credits or making a file freeleech.

I dont know what SPB is, but what i am saying is I have no choice. the size of the file automatically comes off the bonus number. I have a good u/l to d/l ratio.
