        I got to a MMA gym.  M/W/F = 1 hour of strength & conditioning followed by 1 hours of muay thai (kickboxing) in the afternoon; Saturday morning is another hour of strength and conditioning.  I'd like to do the 2 hour routine everyday, but I'd be in the gym for too long.
