Duplicated packed collection

There is the torrent "XPERIMENT volume one" (https://www.gaytorrent.ru/details.php?id=080b8d8ebccfd9080b8bad8c0aba7a3a69f3d42727b2b0b1) dated 2018-10-01 19:08:38 and the torrent "XPERIMENT Vol 01 - KENDO BOY" (https://www.gaytorrent.ru/details.php?id=081bf88f18de8d0f0b8bad8c0aba7a3a7589906d391950a5) dated 2017-10-08 15:13:28. They are identical (the same pictures of the same size, resolution and format) exept that the first one is a single RAR file while the second one is the subdirectory with pictures. I reported that they are the duplicates (however, no reply yet). Am I right? Or the packing of the files is considered as a different torrent?

In theory, these should be considered a duplicate, however it would appear that the moderator that reviewed the report didn't notice that the RAR file contains the compressed version of the exact same images all in a single file to save space.
With that being said, I would suggest that you report it again, and I will keep my eyes peeled for the report. Once you report it again, let me know and I can see about pushing it though.

I did it, thank you. However, it may be good if the 'Duplicate' menu contains a comment field where the user can specify why he considers the said torrents as the identical ones.
