Would You Be Straight if You Had The Choice?
-
no
-
this is tricky because if I were straight then I would not have other good qualities which made me okey with my life now
-
no way..
-
I would yes.
Because I'm black as well.
I feel being black and gay, I'm forced to pick a side. As usually the gay media circuit doesn't accept men who look like me. Most of the black and African cultures do not accept homosexuality at all. So it's tough trying to be under both of those tropes.
For example, right now I'm picking my gay/queer side.
But society sees me as a black man, and black men usually are supposed to be masculine and promote this straight image.
I'm a feminine gay guy, so it's just so puzzling and confusing.
Also I seem to be attracted and crush on straight men and straight agendas more than gay.
I'd rather just be straight.

No never I'm completely happy with all aspects of gay life and wouldn't trade it for the world!
-
No way, it feels more naturall for me to be gay. i have no issues with this live style .
-
No way! It feels so natural for me to be gay (and bottom).
-
I don't think so… But I can't judge who will choose to be straight.
-
im happy with who i am today, i cant imagine changing that. i bet a lot of the people i know i would have never met if i was straight. plus being gay adds an interesting perspective on things. not saying being straight wouldnt but gay people often have the choice of coming out which adds to the layers

I detest children, enjoy the absence of contraceptives and worship at the altar of Dick. It's a solid no for me.
-
sometimes i think it might be easier but i love being gay.
-
maybe not straight, but would love to be Bi, it's the best scenario for me
-
It would be easier to be straight in my homphobic and transphobic country, no doubt, but no.
-
My life would be much easier so yes.
-
yes

Woo, thanks for the honesty. I'm black and masc. I think I like my queerness (and my pansexuality), but it's often not read as visible as race and gender. Undeniably, that's given me a degree of privilege within black and non-black communities.

I’d be content either way. It’s who someone is - gay, straight, bi…whatever. Sure, it’d be easier to live a “normal” life being straight, but if you think about it realistically: what they find attractive in the opposite sex, we find attractive in the same sex.. so we’re all experiencing the same feeling. I’d be fine being straight just like i am fine being gay because the feeling comes naturally.

No. I love men to much ;D
-
yah why not and bear children and build a family..

one thing i really like with being gay is that i think gays have much more interesting sex lives and more open minded approach to sex. i mean i'll never REALLY know how the sex life is for straight people, but things like threesomes, groupsex and open relationship seems to be more common for gays than for straights. and i really like. :hug2: :surprise: :bukkake: :banana2: :bsex:
