Take 3 1/2 minutes and brighten your day:
This is fun but I prefer their video "When Smokey Sings".
Youtube VideoTheir video for "How to be a Millionaire" seems to have disappeared from Youtube. There's one video that plays the images backward.
-
I saw that backward one a long time ago – faboo. There's an unfortunate number of songs/videos that are still blocked by studios who own the rights.
Another example is Heaven 17, Temptation. This, at least, has an interesting photo montage of those handsome gents…

"Long afloat on shipless oceans
I did all my best to smile
'Til your singing eyes and fingers
Drew me loving to your isle
And you sang
Sail to me
Sail to me
Let me enfold you
Here I am
Here I am
Waiting to hold you" -

Back for a moment re: Song to the Siren…
...there have been many recordings, and while Elizabeth Frasier's vocals may be the definitive effort, I also appreciate the version by George Michael:
As one poster wrote, Michael's version is "a very strong interpretation of the song:
- vocally strong,
- melodically strong and
- artistically coherent."
-
Much better than when Andy Bell covered Kate Bush's "Breathing"!

Makes me want to hear more, Angel…!
Human League, The Sound of the Crowd
Phil Oakey sporting the severe, asymmetrical hair; and everyone moving as more of a "thrash" than a "dance."
This remastered video and sound are quite good:

Wow… Angel... if Human League had a song for Gay Pride Parades, you have found it! :mob:
What song can I play at the Gay Pride Parade, to follow you?
Ah! It is Limahl's Neverending Story:
"Turn around
Look at what you see-ee-ee-ee-ee-ee-ee
In her face
The mirror of your dree-ee-ee-ee-ee-ee-ams"Oh, and I would give Limahl a haircut, lock him in my bedroom, and f**k him twice a day. :cheesy2:

OMG, that is bad stuff. So self-indulgent. He may have thought this was a good song to show off his considerable vocal range. It is very bold, and very bad.
Here, let us cleanse our ears with a live performance – Yaz, Only You.
