i was looking for freeleech torrents and i just found this:
https://www.gaytorrent.ru/details.php?id=1baecd764af8e602bf4e0bfd33b64f85f9b6a7bdfd91dd61
(♺ Viral Loads.mkv)I asked the helpdesk if the torrent should be banned, but nothing could be done because the torrent does not violate any site rules. Do you guys agree that this type of material should be banned from gaytorrent.ru? I don't think the site should support sharing or encouraging criminal practices.

While Treasure Island Media content is often viewed as highly controversial, you would be surprised to find that there is actually a rather large group of individuals who eroticize the transmission of HIV. Now, with this in mind, understand that everyone has a right to choose what is right for them. If their decisions and actions do not affect anyone else, then I fail to understand where the problem is.
I will admit, having contracted HIV myself through non-disclosure myself, and subsequently, having been wrongfully accused of non-disclosure, I have some very strong views with regards to the law. First, I need to point out that the activities in question were performed are only legally classified as criminal when two main conditions have been met:
- Disclosure of HIV status did not occur PRIOR to the sexual acts taking place
and
- Had disclosure occurred, consent would not have been given to engage in those sexual acts
In this case, not only did disclosure occur, but by a conscious decision that the performers in question made was made specifically BECAUSE they are HIV+. So in the context of the law, no… This does NOT constitute criminal activity. Now... With that being said, having been wrongfully accused of non-disclosure, I am a strong believer that the criminal courts should NOT get involved with this kind of thing because far too often, the allegations are made out of spite, and the life of the person living with HIV is irreparably destroyed forever (like in my case).
So... I understand that it may be controversial in nature, however, from a legal point of view, the activities depicted are NOT criminal because the acts were voluntary and consensual, and were consented to, knowing that HIV was a factor. As such, there is nothing criminal about the video, and we must respect our users's right to the freedom of choice. While this particular type of content may not be for you, we do have a large number of users who are very interested in this type of material. Other types of videos that can bring great controversy include our straight, bi, and scat categories.
It all boils down to a common ground where we kinda have to say "Well, that's not for me, but whatever floats your boat" and scroll on. Now in the event of something that does indeed involve criminal activity or is otherwise illegal, we do have policies in place for handling such matters. This video however IMHO is not one that falls into any violation.
