      every time i restart my pc or re-open chrome the site request me to re-login

        Check your settings… Form the sounds of it, your Chrome is setup to clear browsing data on exit. This would explain why you need to login again every time you restart your browser, even if it hasn't been 6 or 8 hours (whichever it is) yet.
