Can't add pictures to a zero-picture torrent

In the time it took me to write this post, someone uploaded 10+ images. Not sure why I was blocked originally. I leave it here because I can't figure out how to delete my own thread

When I'm not the original uploader, I'm usually able to upload more pictures to a torrent page if there are less than 10 pictures already uploaded. However, I can't seem to upload pictures to this torrent:

I've double-checked, and can confirm I'm able to upload images to other (more recent) torrents

There are torrent links with under 10 pictures wherein this msg does not appear "Add Screenshots and Covers to make some extra SeedPoints". It means that another member have already uploaded additional picture(s) that exceeds 10, awaiting for mod's approval.

Right, as kalayaan explained above there were already ten uploaded pictures (which were hidden from public view, since they were awaiting moderator approval, which occasionally takes 1 or 2 days before staff finds time and motivation to perform that task…) ...which blocked you from uploading additional pictures, by site design.
Regarding deleting your own forum topics, yes, members are blocked from removing forum topics… but you can request your topic be removed, via the helpdesk.
