Hey there; so lately my porn viewing has become a bit erratic. I used to watch one singular movie but lately I flip through videos rather quickly. I read that this has to do with dopamine levels and how our bodies become accustomed to the intense and constantly changing stimuli. Has anyone else felt the need to change how they enjoy and watch porn?
I'm trying to stick to one or two scenes now at most during my sesh.

i do the same, I start with the Story and then take it from there. i go through quite a few movies but that is because i edge for hours.
