So, "fuck [insert minority group here]" is not racist or hate speech in a country with one of the strictest anti racism/hate speech laws.

Can you explain the strict anti racism/hate speech laws in South Africa? I'm not privy to SA law.

Promotion of Equality and Prevention of Unfair Discrimination Act is part of their constitution.

Only one problem with your theory:  the author of the "Fuck White People" was white.

Be careful making assumptions.
