WV journalist arrested for asking Health Secretary Tom Price a question
-
Dan Heyman, a veteran reporter for the Public News Service, was arrested on Tuesday in Charleston, West Virginia, for doing his job.
The West Virginia-based journalist was working on a story about whether domestic violence would be considered a pre-existing condition under the GOP health care bill, so he went on Tuesday to the West Virginia state capitol where President Donald Trump’s secretary of health and human services, Tom Price, was visiting to learn more about the opioid crisis.
Heyman said that he approached Price in the hallways of the capitol and repeatedly asked him if domestic violence is a pre-existing condition. Price refused to answer questions, but Heyman persisted anyway. Moments later Heyman was handcuffed and arrested for “willful disruption of state government processes.”

Even though you are wrong about everything… you answered your own comment this time.
Heyman approached Price (fine) and asked him a question (fine)...
Heyman asked the questions REPEATEDLY (not fine) and persisted to ask the questions even after Price refused (not file).
Heyman WAS disrupting a government official willfully.. so he was arrested.
That was the correct thing to do, and there was really no other alternative. In similar circumstances.. overbearing pig cops have tased, clubbed, pepper sprayed, and even killed people... and they get away with it.
In this case, Heyman forced them to arrest him. -

If you wonder why 70% of Americans don't trust the MSM/ legacy news organizations you need to look no further than that headline!
From the Fairmont Sentinel:
CHARLESTON, W.Va. — Police in West Virginia’s Capitol arrested a journalist who they said was trying “aggressively” to get past Secret Service agents and yelling questions at U.S. Health and Human Services Secretary Tom Price during his visit to the state. It happened as Price and senior White House aide Kellyanne Conway visited the state Capitol in Charleston on Tuesday to learn about efforts to fight opioid addiction in a state that has the nation’s highest overdose death rate.
Capitol police said in a criminal complaint that Daniel Ralph Heyman, 54, “was aggressively breaching the secret service agents to the point where the agents were forced to remove him a couple of times from the area” in a Capitol hallway. It also says he was “causing a disturbance by yelling questions at Ms. Conway and Secretary Price.”
