Problem with clystyr

Hello, i have big question, i am at college and we have comunal showers - fro three man and cubicle for one, well… i need to do clystyr - wash my insides, and i am not really sure using college showerhead for this, some tips?

yeah, sorry, it is called as klystýr in czech and i thought it is everywhere

I wouldn't recommend taking a hot-water-bottle into the cubical shower - it doesn't sound very private & cleaning yourself out can be messy.
