I lost my virginiy this summer and I was bottom. We didnt use condoms(we were dating and get tested). He would always cum inside me, but after sometime(cum would still be in me)would feel terribel pain in my stomach. The pain would be so horrible that I could not sleep. After some time I got tested and I was still std free. Does some have some probleme? (I was never bottom after that)

it probably is just an upset stomach.. cum can't flow up your stomach, gravity will prevent that.

Maybe when you bottomed, your bowels moved up and pushed onto stomack. When that happens at least my stomack hurts. Specially when bowels are full. Try to poo a bit more. Eating linseed oil helps. hope this is of any help -
There's also this lovely product available from my favourite pig sex supplier (Fort Troff) commonly referred to as the "Shower Shot". There are a few versions available, depending on the application in which it will be used. They don't appear to have the same version as the one that I got once upon a time, but I don't imagine that it would be all that hard to find one. The sensation may take a little getting used to, but I assure you that it's totally worth it in the end.
