Does anyone watch and if so thoughts on the newest episode and expectations for the season?

Hoping to see that I'm not the only one who watches it! haha

I got started really late and just finished Season 1. It's a fun series- and I know from seeing some news for later seasons that the eye candy factor just gets even better so I'm looking forward to it.  ;D

I plan to continue watching but there's just a TON of great shows I'm keeping up with -like Westworld, Game of Thrones, This Is Us, Black Mirror, etc.- too many to keep up with right now.  :afr:

The latest I heard is that this season (6) will be the final. Sad to hear it, but at least they'll give the series a proper ending.

Tell someone you love them today, because life is short.
But shout it at them in German, because life is also terrifying and confusing.

I was really into it for the firsts 4 seasons but kinda slowed down when they included that new wolf kid.  Too much of a twink for me, haha.

So many hot guys though.  Too some of them get killed off.

The deputy is my show crush.  He's a darling.

It's like a very violent Buffy the Vampire Slayer, which was still comedic.  Teen Wolf is almost the same but it's got a lot of sexy dudes, hehe.

That's a pretty spot on description. It tries to take itself more seriously than Buffy, but it winds up comedic at times anyway.
In the end, it's just great to have a show with sexy dudes on display every episode.

I love Teen Wolf and I've watched each episode since the beginning.  It sometimes has quite surprising horror elements for a Teen Show.

It's also pretty good on having gay characters/gay actors.  The final season has a gay couple of part of the main cast.  The show is also pretty good for gay male gaze - the camera looks at handsome men.

One of the complaints/problems was that outside the show the actors and publicity people pushed a same-sex relationship for two characters neither of whom identified as queer.  So, a show that has actual gay characters in relationships was still queerbaiting with Sterek.

I still have no idea why the hell they just didn't have Stiles come out as Bisexual given that the actor was OK with it.

The first two seasons were overall good, even if the very first was pretty clunky. Ever since then though, it's been sharply downhill with a few bright spots.

Massive queerbaiting in the show, plus just a really poor consistency with writing, not to mention cheerfully fucking around with fans and actors alike, and treating people really poorly. The actors, for the most part, are likable and charismatic and seem to have a lot of affection for each other, but the crew and production have alienated people they never should have, for questionable reasons.

I have a friend who still watches and has affection for it, but even he is seriously disappointed in it. After the current season, Tyler Posey had expressed interest in continuing it even if the current show-runner Jeff Davis decided to step down, but apparently it's being cancelled regardless…which is a shame, since Posey surely would have done a better job.

I guess we'll see if Posey manages a spin-off, which would be timely since the characters are about to graduate high school.

It was nice to have a show that tried to present a world without homophobia, but it amounted to absolutely nothing and just ended up a lot of queerbait. Some nice eye candy, some good acting, but it's more bad than good, with it really scraping bottom after season two. You can probably watch the first couple of seasons and just let it go.

Wow! GOT, Westworld, Black Mirror are some of my favorites too haha! Looks like we have similar tastes in TV!

Season 1-3 are the best. 4 and 5 were slow. 6 (current season) is great so far! I'd suggest giving it a try!

I really need to catch up.  I'm still stuck on the season with the new Twink werewolf, after the hunting of supernatural creatures.  I really wasn't into that Twink werewolf kid (his black gay friend was ok). I think I turned out because of him.

I TOTALLY agree. The new kid, Liam, is sooo annoying to me. I just usually zone out during his scenes.

Garret is the blonde wolf who may or may not be evil at the start of the season he first appeared in, right?  I'm only in season 4?!?  I'm so behind!

This is the hottest TV series I've ever seen. I stop watching it since season 3 and now there is a Wendigo among the hot men? Damn…
