which ever is the easiest to fit in your schedule. The main goal is to be going. once you get it as a habit. and want to aimm towards an area do you evaluate when is best for body parts and around meals. There is not really a morning is better for your body to build muscle. its not better if you find it hard to get ypurself outta bed and working out. If you head in as though its a major chore. you will burn out, its a lifestyle and as such you first got to live it.

now get your hand off your dick and go pump some muscle. porn will still be here, there you now have a reward for the gym.

get a membership at a 24 hour place, i like hitting 2am when i got the place to myself

As you were already told, the time of day you choose to train has little impact per se in your muscle gains.  It's a combination of exercise+nutrition+rest.

Now…I mentioned rest and that's because it's important for muscle tissue repairs.  You need to have decent sleep of appropiate lenghts.

One problem if you go to the gym at night is that you might get an energy rush and spend some extra time awake at night.  If your day starts at the early hours you won't have enough rest, which means your muscles won't have enough time to repair and grow and you won't refill your energy gauge (which means you'll be tired and might resort to over-eat in order to gain the necessary energy to go through the day)

So anytime is fine to go to the gym, just try to fit it into your schedule so you can have the appropiate rest.

Where did you even get the idea that it would be a factor?

The best time is when you feel completely motivated and not tired at all, if that's at night then go with night. 😉

It doesn't affect you mass building. So choose what time suits your program..

i prefer in the daytime, nights are better for sleeping.
