i find it difficulat to find content that i think is worthy of this great site, and i am scared what i upload will be deleted for copyright issues…its very confusing
any suggestions?

While it's true that many many many many torrents DO get removed here via DMCA…
I'd advise you not to be "scared" per se.
The ONLY thing you should avoid, is should one of your uploads get removed via DMCA, PLEASE do NOT re-upload the same video again.
THAT ONE action... can result in "bad news", regarding your account.

I'm guessing that practically all of the member uploaded videos, produced by commercial studios, are copyright infringements. I think very few, if any, uploaders have sought, or been granted permission from the copyright holders, to upload the material to this site.
The frustration for me, is when one my uploads is removed for the infraction, but other offerings from that particular studio (sometimes the exact same video) on this site, remain untouched. One example that "stung" a bit, was when an upload of mine, that quickly made the number one spot, on the 30 "most popular" list, suddenly got yanked. At the time, it had over 224 seeders, 31 leechers, and had been snatched over 3,100 times, with no sign of letting up and relinquishing that top spot. It was removed, yet the many other uploaded offerings from that studio, to this site, were left alone.
So, upload it, but be prepared.

i will share as much of my collection as possible! luckily i have a lot of webcam stuff so i should be ok with most copyright problems!
